Saw multiple people confused about the elevator because some buttons don’t light up. One of my pillows had a yellow stain on it. It was clean but the stain was unpleasant. “This hotel was a true gem. Our room was lovely. The staff was great. and the breakfast was outstanding. Everyone was cheerful and helpful.
