Peninsula Hot Springs

We really enjoyed our stay.

When I arrived in the room, everything seemed clean and organized, except for the bed, which wasn't properly made. After taking my first shower and feeling the humidity in the bathroom, I noticed two things: firstly, the extractor fan wasn't working because everything was clogged, and secondly, the bathroom wasn't clean. Underneath the sink, the counter was very dirty, and the toilet had layers of dirt on the outside. The room wasn't cleaned every day; I had to go to reception to ask them to clean it. The bed wasn't changed even once, nor was the bathroom cleaned, and many times I was the one who took out the trash! It was terrible, and I won't be returning. The breakfast was terrible, with a mediocre appearance; the scrambled egg dish was filthy, with eggs both inside and outside where you put the spoon, very poor in options.
