The sensational Crooked Lake Lodge awaits your dream vacation! Meticulously furnished with your comfort in mind, this Adirondack style lake house carries all the comforts of home.

The covered porch near the garage enters into a gourmet kitchen with gorgeous cabinetry, center gas island range top, quality appliances, TV, and a separate wet bar. Guests can enjoy an informal meal at the kitchen table, or gather with the whole family at the custom wood table in the stunning great room and take in the sweeping lake views! Located to the right of the kitchen is a laundry room, as well as a separate powder room. In the formal entry area sits a large piano for the aspiring musician. The woods themed great room is huge, and features a wood pellet, stone fireplace and two sets of French doors leading out to a wrap around, covered porch overlooking the lake. Oversized picture windows, hardwood floors, plentiful living room furniture, and the large, rustic barn wood dining table that seats twelve, allow for a variety of activities to be enjoyed while keeping friends and family close. A stereo system supplies music to the great room, kitchen & both levels of the outside decks for your enjoyment. An iPod converter is also available to plug in your iPod or iPhone, and listen to your favorite music.

Located down the hallway is a magnificent master suite, with a four-poster King size bed, walk in closet, cable TV/DVD, a two-sided gas fireplace, and an attached, open bath with jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower, and ceramic tile flooring. Just off the master suite is a private screened-in porch, with table for two to enjoy that early morning coffee or a late night bottle of wine.

Over the attached garage is a 700 sq. ft. guest suite. This room features an open bedroom/sitting area, with pine log framed king bed and two singles, comfortable sofa and chairs, and a cable TV with VCR/DVD player. The Adirondack décor, hardwood floors, and windows overlooking the lake, make this spot appealing to both adults and children. A private full bath with shower and a walk in closet complete the second floor guest suite.

The lower level of the home offers a completely finished recreation room, with a wide variety of the traditional family games for children, 52" HD TV, DVD player with a collection of “family oriented” movies, and an X-BOX game system with a collection of family friendly games to play, sofas, and wood burning fireplace. Just outside the french doors facing the lake is a covered patio with a new, 4 person hot tub! Located down the hall are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with an oversized bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed. This room enjoys a 46” HD TV, DVD player. Located in the rear is an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Crooked Lake Lodge's outdoor amenities include a covered porch outfitted with Adirondack style furniture, quality natural gas grill, and lower level covered patio with 4 person hot tub, all overlooking the lake and spacious enough for the entire group to gather.

The exceptional lakefront is an all natural, wade-in mostly shale beach. There is a seasonal dock with boat hoist for your boat, and a fire pit for campfires. The small, third deck near the water's edge is perfect for sun bathing or watching the lakeside activities.

Located just 3 miles from Keuka College, Crooked Lake Lodge is convenient to both the Keuka and Seneca Lake Wine Trails. The town of Penn Yan at the north end of the lake is just a short 10 minute drive from the house, and offers guests a variety of shopping and activities. Be sure to stop by Seneca Farms on the way in to town to enjoy their tasty fried chicken or a cooling ice cream cone!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
