Wonderful property! Cozy cabin feel, beautiful house in beautiful setting! Communication with manager was excellent! Met us there with a bottle of wine! We will definitely revisit this lovely property!

Wonderful house in a secluded area of the finger lakes! Near enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful. We will definitely be returning!

This property is located in a country setting with a view of a river and waterfalls at the end of the driveway. Centrally located in the heart of wine country. Would highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Perfect Location and Escape

Four adults and 1 teenager stayed here over Ironman weekend. It's a relatively secluded and really beautiful property. Centrally located and easy to get to Geneva, Seneca Falls, wineries, hiking trails, etc. It was our first time visiting the Finger Lakes, and we absolutely loved staying in this house. Customer service and communication were also amazing. Highly recommend and will book this place on our next trip to this area.

Amazing Stay

Everything about this property was perfect. The pictures are accurate but it was even better in person! Very clean and well appointed. It is located in a quiet area with the relaxing sound of the waterfalls nearby. Close to lots of attractions while also providing something for everyone from the game room, firepit, built in grill, walking trails and much more. This place is an absolute must. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Fall Brook is fantastic!

We had a fantastic time staying in Fall Brook Cabin! It was clean and beautifully updated. The only complaint would be that the water had a sulfur smell. It wasn’t pleasant to shower or wash hands with due to the smell. Thankfully there was a separate drinking water source. Overall, we had a great time, a comfortable stay and would recommend!

Quiet, Calm and Peaceful

Looking for a place to hide and not be around people, this is it. Secluded, darling rental that has everything you need! Great place to sit around in your pjs all morning, enjoy a cup of coffee outside and relax!! Very clean, highend names can be found in every room! Owner was fabulous and attentive…had a water issue and responded immediately!!! If you have trouble going up and down the stairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor, Living room furniture is low to the ground and maybe difficult for some people to up out of!! Overall, great rental!!!!

Fab family weekend!

Had a wonderful time! House was beautiful as pictured. Location was amazing and with in walking distance to trails and Seneca Mills falls. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely place to stay by the falls.

This home is lovely with the past water issues addressed with an intricate filtering system - leaving no sulfur smell. It is well furnished and has comfortable beds. We took great day trips to Watkins Glen, Corning (museums), and to nearby Geneva for dining and walks along Seneca Lake
