Keuka lake getaway

Really enjoyed the place. Close to town. Very clean and had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

Overall Great Stay!

After booking, I learned there were permanent tenants that lived on the bottom level of the rental property. I had the max of 7 people and I was very fearful that just the amount of bodies would be too noisy as the house info (post-booking) warned us that the tenants and neighbors have called the owner and the police for noise complaints before. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised! It did not appear the tenants were on the property during my stay. And no neighbors made any complaints. The house was clean and smelled really good, and the AC was working beautifully. I did notice cobwebs and small spiders around the house but we were warned that is a common occurrence and they kept to themselves. The toilet by the back door has a harsh sulfur smell after flushing, thankfully we cracked open the window and it helped a lot, but a warning would have been nice. Overall we could see part of the lake from the house. It was a peaceful, enjoyable trip. The grill and the fire pit in the front worked perfectly fine for our needs. And I would recommend the stay!
