The entire FLPP sales, maintenance, and housekeeping staff were excellent! Prompt, courteous, and professional service from beginning to end! The home exceeded our expectations! Easy access, well appointed living areas, quiet and gorgeous sunset views. It was clear to us that the property owner(s) prepared their home to accommodate a comfortable environment for a relaxing, and unforgettable guest experience!

Ladies Weekend

I recently stayed here with my niece and my best friend. We were taking a ladies weekend to explore the wineries for the first time on Keuka and Seneca Lakes. The home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and the views from outside were stunning. The outdoor deck is so beautiful and that is where we spent the majority of our time when we were not at the wineries. I honestly cannot say enough about this property. I intend to return here in the future when another winery trip is in the works. I am also glad we stayed on Keuka Lake. I found Keuka Lake to be beautiful and we liked the wineries there more so than on Seneca. The entire area is beautiful. I was extremely pleased with our stay there and will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

I thought the house was very beautiful and the stay was awesome but I thought check in was a little late on Saturday and we were supposed to check out Monday at 11 am but the cleaning girls were in our driveway at 9:30 am and just waiting we we’re having coffee on the deck and we felt rushed for a 1000 dollars we didn’t even get 2 full days very disappointing
