Pennville Hotel with Pool

"I booked and paid for a deluxe room facing the pool. Said pool was almost empty. Checked in around 4pm. Found the T.V. didn't work. Went back to the office, told the young lady at the counter about the T.V. she said she would take care of it right away. I told her I was going out for several hours and thought it would be taken care of. I returned at 8pm, T.V. still not working. Same young lady said she would take of it in 10 minutes. Waited 30 minutes , went back to the office to talk to the same young lady, this time she came to the room and saw the T.V. didn't work, I asked for a different room. I was in room 197, we went to room 198, T.V. didn't work in there either. We went to room 196, T.V. worked, I stayed there. The wifi didn't work in this room, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the soap dish in the bath tub was missing. I killed 2 small bugs crawling in the walls, and no bath towels, just a floor mat and face towels. Last time at the Boston Inn!!!"

"I come up to Gettysburg at least twice a year. I always stay here. The associates are always nice and the rooms are clean. Bars and restaurants not far away. "

"Whoever the Gentleman was that was working the front desk when we checked in at 6pm last night 6/2 ruled! Dude was hilarious and answered all our questions and was a pleasure to talk to. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!"
