「Had no elevator and we didn’t notice that when we booked it even though it was on their site. Also, the bed was lumpy and the bathroom was too small…I had to stand, stooped over, between the sink and toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Also, the door had swollen and was very hard to shut. The hotel kept all but the front door locked after 8:00pm and the lighting from the parking lot to the front door was very dim and had dark places that we had to pass by in order to get to the front...
