「There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. When we requested to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones we were met with reluctant disdain. Overall one of the worst stays ever. You cannot even see mountains from anywhere on property. The...

「Room was dirty, dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. Room floors needed to be swept and mopped. Had to ask staff to come sweep and mop. Even after they said they did the dead bugs were still in the corner. Bathtub was gross and dirty. No extra toilet paper, one washcloth for two people. Microwave door was broken. Definitely not worth the price. I’ve stayed in places for less with way better service and way cleaner.」
