"I had stayed here last year for work. It was good then and worth the price, but this year it’s been even better and many improvements have been made. I’ve definitely enjoyed my stay. It’s clean, very comfortable beds, and I’ve had some pretty amazing sleep. Staff is also very friendly and did their best to get me an early check-in due to my sensivity to heat and direct sun when they didn’t have to. Highly recommended for traveling on a budget while not sacrificing comfort. "

"Was there for a one night stay but really enjoy this place. Villa motel is quiet, very clean and conveniently within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Also has an amazing view of Pikes peak and the Manitou Incline from the parking lot. Walking distance of 1.3 miles to the Cog-railway and Manitou Incline or there is a free shuttle directly across the street. Would definitely stay there again."
