Check-in was easy there was just something’s that wasn’t cleaned there was what looked like blood on the bed spread the ac air filter and vent was dirty and needed changed there was something on the lamp in the master bedroom,looked like either poop or chocolate on the towel hanging on shower in the master bath, I washed it the pull out bed linen was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned so we didn’t use it and there was no dishwasher but that was ok there is also a soft spot in the floor in the master bedroom by the door other then that I enjoyed the place we loved that everything was in walking distance and we loved the pool.

Perfect Location

This is our 3rd time in Pensacola Beach and this the perfect location we've been. Just a walk and across the beach gulf pier. Everything we need on the kitchen was there. We stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were perfect as there was nobody on the 3rd floor above us. On our last night, we were awakened every now and then by occupants above us. Nevertheless, we will come back and stay again.

Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for going to the beach. We did a weekend getaway with several couples and were able to walk to the beach as well as the restaurants. Very good location and very nice place to stay.

Perfect location

Property was just like pictures. Communication was excellent. The pool area needs work but other than that everything was very good. Everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Super Clean

Went down for Sun Belt Conference basketball tounament. Great location, super clean and convienent. Didnt get to us pool due to timing and weatber. Looked clean but a little upkeep needed i. Chairs and items around pool. I would highly recommend and stay again.
