"The hotel its self needs a deep clean from top down. The white blankets on the bed were dirty and had other guest hair on them. The lobby and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. The elevator was also dirty and an alarm was on inside for the two days we were there. The breakfast buffet was chaotic with lack of flow. The milk was chunchy and the bread had mold on it. We will not be returning to this location. "

"This a bait and switch hotel what you see online is not what you get. I could not stay in such awful condition. I had to leave and make accommodation elsewhere."

"i had a horrible stay and experience with your staff. Not only are they incredibly rude, forcing me to do tasks at check-in that NO other vendor, consumer product, or anyone has made me do. But your 'humidifyer' was so loud (louder than the AC unit), not hvaing an option to turn it off, kept me up ALL night long. Horrible experience and want to seek how to get a refund. I've never had a stay anywhere like this. Also, your deposit of $100 is outrageous, especially given that my room for 1 night was $59. "

"Overall we weren’t dissatisfied with the stay, relative to the price per night. But we probably wouldn’t stay again. The room was fine, but the amenities are very light and the property overall isn’t well maintained. Our biggest concern was that the exterior door that faced Sharon Ln didn’t lock. It seemed very incongruent with the signs just outside the door and inside the room that warn against human traffickers."
