Paradise Shores 5/4 bedroom 3/2 bth sleeps up to 19! Private pool

This vacation beach rental is in the perfect location on the beach. At just over 2,400 square feet of space and 5 Bedrooms and 3 Baths available (with expansion space purchased and sold separately) there is plenty of space for large groups. The base rate includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (both baths are upstairs, 3 bedrooms up and 1 down) and an additional bedroom and bath suite available for purchase downstairs (however it won't be rented out to other groups if you do not select it). THE EXTRA SPACE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASE RATE SO HEADS UP ON THAT. ITS $225 per night extra plus tax on top of the base rate.

Granite counter tops throughout and tiled showers in all baths. Centerpiece fire place and entertainment center welcomes you each evening. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cooking tools provided for your family dinners. Washer and Dryer are provided in the laundry room. Spacious decks and a location that allows you to walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Direct access to the sand directly across from the house. Pool is not heated. FOR NON-FAMILIES, ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER IN ADVANCE. All approved high risk groups (such as approved Spring Break groups) will incur an additional $1000 fee. Special events such as weddings are allowed at owners discretion and $1000 in addition to the quoted rate. Any college group that I approve must pay with a certified check and if these groups book via instant booking, your money will be returned and reservation cancelled. Also, events such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, or similar gatherings must be approved in advance and carry an event charge. This house is about 30 years old but kept in good condition, just not brand new. If you require a "new" house, this isn't it .
