"The place is super cute. The big issues we had is it says not to move furniture but you have to move the side table in order to get the twin trundle out. Also the door won’t close if you pull the bed out before closing the door. The bed’s unfortunately were uncomfortable to sleep in. It was really very hard. We couldn’t get the water hot. It was warm but never hot. Can’t turn the HVAC below 72* which made it super uncomfortable to sleep when no fans were available. Overall needs a little help."

"I was greeted by the front desk staff. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. We booked a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice to have a small kitchenette to use. Breakfast was included in our stay. They had a decent spread and also have special nights where they serve appetizers and drinks at no charge. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfy. Showers had actual water pressure and house keeping did come out to empty trash and replace towels for our multiple night stay. The property is in a safe area and was quiet during our stay. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again when in the area."

"When we checked in, we got somebody named Michael. He was awesome. Anything we needed, he responded to quickly. I couldn’t get the TV to work. He came right up and helped me. When I needed extra towels, he had them ready for me. then he was on his day off, and the manager was filling in. There was water all down the stairs. My daughter slipped and fell all the way down the stairs. We went to the office to tell them, please send someone to clean it up. We don’t know why there was water all over the stairs. The manager did not seem real concerned that she fell and handed me a coupon for my next visit for a discount. We use the stairs because the elevator made weird noises and was shaking and we were afraid we’d get stuck so we chose to use the stairs each time."
