“Modern and very clean apartment with all you need for your stay. The location is great with lots of nice restaurants and shops around Kalorama and Dupont. I stayed for two weeks while searching for a new home. I had to extend my lease a couple of times and the owners were very flexible, helpful and quick to answer any questions. The street is quite busy and noisy, but it didn’t bother me that much.”

“The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch.”

“This property was an ideal choice for our visit to DC for meetings on Capitol Hill. There was free on-street parking available, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and there was a table we could use as a working desk. We will definitely book here again if it is available.”

“Very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of this property. Perfect for two couples, or in our case, parents with two teenagers. The bedrooms are at opposite sides of the condo and each has an attached bathroom. Ample counterspace in both bathrooms, which is essential when traveling with teenagers!Located right around the corner from the Shaw/Howard metro stop, it was so easy to get to and from the National Mall each day of our visit. Highly recommend this property for the location,……

“Overall very clean room, great stay for the price. It was a bit farther from Metro station (NoMA) than I anticipated, 1.1 miles, if you plan to use subway. The host was friendly and communicated well, also left water and essential items, which was appreciated. ”

“Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again.”
