  • Ideally located, affordable carriage house suite. Has own laundry, air conditioner, Telus TV and Wifi. Sleeps 4 comfortably on two queen size beds. Living room couch does lay down for a 5th sleeping space. Outdoor space to store bikes, skis and boat parking available. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, salons, movie theatre and indoor rock climbing gym. Play a round of golf at Penticton golf course or watch a hockey game or concert at the SOEC, both also within walking distance. Located in between two lakes. 3-5min drive or 15-20min walk to Okanagan lake and 8min drive to Skaha lake. 35 minute drive to Apex Mountain Resort.

Great 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living room, located in central part of Penticton. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry, and comfortable air conditioning. To access the unit you need to walk up a long flight of stairs. Communication with the host was great. We recommend this unit for stays in Penticton and we plan to return! Thank you.

Parking was convenient. Unit had great AC and all the necessities for our stay. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Suitr was clean with a full sized kitchen.

The check in process was confusing, I never received the email which was supposed to be sent 5 day earlier. Damage deposit is, in my opinion, very steep. Asking the guests to do laundry and take out their garbage was also new to me.

Fabulous Stay!

The property was immaculate. Very clean, amazing hosts, great distance to Okanagen beach, hockey rink and convention center. Hosts were helpful, kind and we felt like we were comfortably at home. Highly recommended.

17 stairs to get to your suite which was fine for us but need to be able bodied. Good parking and great location. Clean and everything you need provided. Air conditioned which was a blessing. Frying pans need replacing, no longer anti-stick and knives could be sharpened but we managed just fine. Quiet location. Walking distance to downtown and Okanogan Beach. We would stay there again.

Cyclist Paradise

Unit was very clean. Unit is located on second floor with a relatively steep stairway.Unit had a lockable storage shed for bicycles. Penticton is a cyclist's paradise with safe access to the Kettle Valley Rail Line (both North and South).

The property was less than a 5 minute drive to Okanogan Beach and about a 10 minute drive to Skaha Beach. Lots of dining and grocery stores within a short drive or walking distance . The property was clean and had all the amenities. It was a bit tight for the six of us as the pull out couch in the living room was a bit small for 2 people. There wasn’t a yard or any area for the kids to play outside, but there were large soccer fields a block away. I wish there was a deck with a barbecue, but the area was safe and quiet.
