The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you could need, yet quiet enough to relax. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. I would highly recommend Wade Inn to anyone visiting Penticton, and I look forward to coming back again!

A lovely space with such attention to quality and detail I have taken ideas home to make changes! Beds and bedding super comfortable. Good location within easy walk to town, beach yet tucked away from the noise and busyness. Great access to KVR for long walks or bike rides. Very pleasant outdoor space for early morning coffee or afternoon G&Ts. Super hosts - caring, accommodating and interesting. Helpful information on wine and vineyards. We didn’t want to leave and plan to return. Thank you Tam and Jim.

Fantastic few days exploring Myra Canyon and the KVR on bikes - such a fun few days. Thank you Tam and Jim for your hospitality and great advice on things to do. Penticton walking is very accessible from this stay. The place is clean, comfortable, cool and well thought out for guests. See you again another time!

Amazing Stay!

This property was the perfect place to rest between events at a family reunion we attended in Penticton! Close to Okanagan Beach (five min drive) and very drivable anywhere in Penticton! The hosts are amazing communicators, answered any questions we had, and went above and beyond to make our stay great (e.g. offering a play pen and baby gate for our baby). The space was in a quiet area, very clean, well layed out, and was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Would definitely come back!

Altough walkable to downtown Penticton's Main St, driving acces somewhat trickier because of the Kettle River preventing direct access by car. No problem once you figured how. Saw a deer in a nearby house's garden one afternoon. An unexpected pleasant surprise. Owners live upstairs and readily solved any issues that might arise. Relatively new VRBO listing. I am sure they will build a loyal following over time. EC Vancouver
