It's a very clean property. Lots of nearby restaurants and the main beach. The private beach was quite nice. Nice bed. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the restaurant patio was quite fun (gets busy at night and it was lots of fun). Good for all ages. However, I was stunned at how disappointing the front desk were at check in and check out. Perhaps my standards/expectations around customer service are antiquated...but responding "yep" and being entirely disinterested during the transactions is unacceptable. Brutal. If you can stomach the check in attitude, this is a nice place. Or perhaps you don't care about customer service, then you'll be fine.

Our room was VERY dated and the air conditioner would make a loud bang every time it turned on. It kept us awake all night… we ended up cancelling the entire next day we had planned and just went home because we felt so rotten from being awake all night. The night we arrived we tried having a casual dinner at the Barking Parrot but the food quality was really disappointing… just pre-made frozen pub food. We bought a bottle of wine and asked for nice wine glasses and the entire property apparently only has short thick wine glasses like you would find at a cheap bar. What was supposed to be a nice date weekend was a massive disappointment and waste of money.

This is a lovely location. Would stay here again. Very central. Staff is wonderful. Only disappointment was being charged $20 per day. This wasn’t disclosed when booked through Expedia. We had prepaid and was unpleasantly surprised when we owed more money.

The property has a very loud club downstairs, so difficult to sleep. The room flooring and hallways are dated and not very clean…closet door had to be forced open. Entry area and restaurants were nice. The price was too high for the condition of the room and a warning regarding the nighttime volume of the club should be stated.

Everything was absolutely wonderful...Except at check in. The girl who checked us in upon our arrival was Extremely rude! She pretty much made us feel like we didn't belong there. She was terrible! We should've let management know right away. All other staff were Excellent!

The hotel is dated and the rooms aren't cleaned properly. The balconies are disgustingly filthy. Bathroom floor was dirty. Beds are comfortable thought. Staff at front desk are not kind I called ahead to make sure that although I had two bookings. I wouldn't have to switch rooms. Getting ready to golf and sure enough I get a knock and a call saying I need to check out and had to wait until four pm to get a room. The bell staff were kind and super friendly. Friend desk staff very poor customer service with attitude

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The view from the balcony is great, the beds are comfortable and if you're there not on a weekend it's pretty quiet. It is convenient that you can walk to many restaurants. The one thing we were disappointed with this time was the lack of umbrellas and tables at the beach area. 4 umbrellas only for such a hot and sunny place is unacceptable considering we know that there were more in previous years there were more. Broken umbrellas should be replaced by management. That said everything else was great and we would return
