The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the north end of Skaha Lake, one minute walk to the park and beach. Parking was good. This is an older motel but suited our needs comfortable and the staff were excellent.

You can’t beat the location. The staff was incredible. Our room was missing keys when we showed up and the staff went above and beyond to get us settled asap and figure it out. We will be back!

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a bonus. Such a great location and view! The staff was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff returned the binoculars that we left. Lots of friendly people around. Penticton is awesome! I would recommend this Inn for a family vacation.

Quick trip to Penticton so only spent one night. Chose the Waterfront Inn because it seemed clean, close to the lake and the price was right. Booked a single queen room which was small but clean. Office staff were very helpful. Note that the office is located in the Beachside Motel a couple doors down. The exterior could use a little sprucing up but all in all a good find.

This is one of three motels that are side by side all owned by the same party. Location is great. Quiet at night and is across from Skaha Lake park. My room was updated probably 3 to 5 years ago. I can't make the same determination of all the other rooms. But from the online pictures of the other rooms, I think the updating is selective. The exterior of all three buildings need cosmetic updates like painting etc and nicer landscaping etc.

A modest hotel with excellent service at check in and very sparse rooms with limited bedding and other amenities. The mattress was old and worn. The rooms are fairly clean but cobwebs on ceiling fan and in the corners. There was a Kuerig Coffee machine but no fresh coffee pods stocked in our room. There was also individual packs of ground coffee but no coffee pot. The rooms are also noisy and you can clearly hear guests in the room next door talking.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming Suite was roomy and comfortable with full fridge and stove Love showers that can be hand held!! Fits the price but still didn't meet expectations. The room was full of harmless flying bugs that are attracted to light. Bed was stiff with thin sheets and only a pillow each.
