Experience the charm and beauty of our granite holiday cottage, perfectly nestled in the heart of Newlyn.

With breathtaking sea views, convenient car parking, and easy access to stunning beaches, our cottage is your ideal home away from home. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the area, indulge in the local cuisine, the amazing beaches and explore the vibrant harbours.

Our recently renovated cottage is a mix of modern ameneties and original features with Granite walls, large fireplaces. Our guests comment on how well they sleep and the bedroom is airy with a king size (USA Queen) bed and 100% egyptian cotton linen; it has blackout blinds and thick curtains so you can choose to be woken up with the sunrise streaming in the window or sleep in surface at your own pace.

We love the area and location and atmosphere and living next door means we get to share what we have found with our guests.

We live next door and are very happy to help with ideas for what to do or questions.

Nicely decorated house with good view and private parking spot in front of the house. Well equipped -everything we needed. Great rain shower and comfortable beds! Great location from which to explore the southwest of Cornwall! Just 3min walking distance is a nice pub called fisherman’s arms. About 10min by foot you reach the Center of town with more restaurant options. Last but least: very lovely host. Thank you Mark- we had a great time!!
