「Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced. There were a number of safety concerns that made this hotel unworkable for us. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed.
