I need a refund. I paid online and when we showed up to check in there was a sign on the door saying they weren’t renting out any rooms. No one was there. Very frustrating!

We didn't even stay here 'cause it snowed 6 inches that day, and they hadn't plowed the driveway leading up to the hotel. After reading the reviews, I wasn't going to risk getting my van stuck to sleep with bugs.

How can you advertise this hotel on your website? Makes me question your websites integrity. The smell was disgusting, there were cockroaches scurrying across the floors, towels were dirty.

I didn’t even stay there. The place was just not worth me risking myself to stay there and the room was smoked out. The lady tried to charge me one price when the app said another it was just all red flags for me. I lost my money but I couldn’t stay in that place

I was not expecting much due to the price, but these conditions were indescribable. Roaches climbing the walls and the beds were infested with them. We spent less than 30 seconds in the room and went back to the desk and returned the key. No refund.

Bonjour, horrible est un mot faible pour cet hôtel qui est hideux avec des cafards et des punaises de lit !!! Ma fille et moi, nous sommes retrouvées avec des boutons ; j'ai menacé la gérante de contacter les services sanitaires. De plus, j'ai payé en liquide et une tentative de débit par carte bleue a eu lieu, j'ai dû le refuser et demander un remboursement puisque je suis partie dans un autre hôtel.
C'est une hote pour Expedia de proposer cet hôtel!
