“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. “We checked in on Christmas Day 2025 and stayed 1 night. The hotel is in the heart of beautiful downtown Red Wing, MN. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was warm and inviting. “When I went down to breakfast around 8:30 the coffee was gone and there was very little to choose from for food. I also could not find anyone to make more coffee. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. My family was in town for a two day ski trip and this was a great place to rest our heads. ”

“We have stayed here dozens of nights. Its our go-to in Red Wing. A lot of Americinns have really gone downhill over the oast decade, but these folks have really kept it a nice place to stay.
