「It was a horrible experience!
1.) No Shampoo or soap in the shower (after advertising it) Was anyone filling or cleaning???
2.) Advertised Breakfast Buffet when they offer one waffle iron, that needs to be replaced, only dry oatmeal, cold cereal, bread and bagels
3.) Advertised a smoke free room when my window was wide open (assuming someone smoked there before I had the room) and it was FREEZING
4.) on the last day, had to climb up and down the stairway to load my 5 full bags and buggy. 」
