「When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. 「Although the original check-in process was fine, the host became unresponsive to our questions during the stay. We were able to figure out the answers to our questions, but it would have been nice to hear anything at all. We went so far as to text the host because we became concerned after radio silence for 3 days. Once she did respond she didn't apologize for not getting back to us and ghosting us for days. 」

「Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. 「I booked for my son who is just 18 and too young to book a hotel. He needed a place to go after a concert with friends. I am so grateful to have found a host open to having a young group stay at their place. Upon arrival my son sent me a video stating the place was great! “Very comfortable and clean”! He really enjoyed his stay and said the whole process was easy and relaxing. I highly recommend! 」

「House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.」

「I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full...
