"The location was amazing, so much wildlife to spot! It is remote though so we had to taxi everywhere. Nice pool area. The staff were very friendly in the dining area. The rooms although large needed updating, especially the bathrooms. "

"Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved further especially the toilet. Service of the hotel team is excellent. We took the dinner package. On our second night dinner the ramadhan buffet hardly had anything non spicy for my 5yo. So i requested a fried egg and the manager and chef went above and beyond to accommodate it. "A good choice for our first night stop over in Ipoh. Friendly service, large rooms, good breakfast. The hotel has a little bit of wear and tear once you get past reception but everything works and it felt safe. "

"The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room."

"Mr. Joe & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I've stay for 3day & 2 night. The surrounding was good & the breakfast also very nice . Only a few things I think that they can improve is to provide a tea/coffe & mug in the room because they provide cattle but no mug provided. I have to borrow from the cafe & also the television on my room is not function properly. The channel sometimes got sometime none. But overall is ok & the pool also good .
