"They boasted it was newly renovated, but the bathtub had big areas of missing coating and mold around the edges, no washcloths were provided, staff were unfriendly, and we had to provide vouchers to get a paper plate for a meager breakfast. It’s in a rough area as well. Lots of homeless people nearby."

"Day shift employees were exemplary, but night shift was horrible! A rude attitude and demeanor automatically ruins the reputation of this hotel."

"My husband and I really liked the room we had. It was clean and very homey. However, the room got a little too warm at night. I had to kick covers off or get up and move around to cool off before getting back in bed. I understand the unit can't be turned down below 70 degrees or the cooling system will freeze, but installing some ceiling fans or floor fans would be very helpful. Other than that, Sonesta was a great place to stay."

"I’ve never stayed in a noisier hotel. I literally got one hour of sleep because of the people upstairs as well as surrounding rooms. Also I’m the cars around were revving their engines until 3pm. It’s a nice place but would never stay again. "
