「Schönes Hotel. Großes, schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, Garten- und Meerblick. Leider war das Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Tische auch im Freien am Pool. Die Lage am Strand ist toll, nur gibt es in Laufweite keine Restaurants. Aber mit einem Tuktuk erreicht man schnell den nächsten Ort.」

「For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. 「This was our 2nd stay at the Asian Jewel. Our return was based on our previous experience which was lovely staff, good food, clean and spacious room. The location is out of town but was easy/cheap to get tuk tuks and being situated next to the lagoon allowed us to see lots of beautiful birds from our balcony. Would recommend and hope to return again.」
