“Kayu Village is a treasure hotel located in the Pererenan area. You can enjoy an eco-friendly atmosphere, warm service, and delicious breakfast. There are also nice restaurants such as shelter and woods within a 5-minute walk. I left my phone in the taxi on the first day of my trip. With the help of Mia and Idah, I was able to find it. I will never forget their quick response and help. I just want to say thank you again.”

“We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so……

From the time I have confirmed my reservation, the rest of the arrangements are taken care of including hotel transfer, early breakfast and so on. The hotel even provides buggy service that takes us to nearby places. The staff extremely attentive, remembering our preferences from day 1. “Probably the best value of any hotel where I’ve ever stayed. It’s a three minute walk to a beautiful beach and they have three lovely pools. And the rooms are enormous. We had an incredible time here I couldn’t recommend it anymore. And their restaurant is also excellence. ”

“There were some internet issues and club music on Tuesdays and Fridays that’s why I left…but honestly now I regret it. The hotel had great spacious rooms and lots great restaurants around which is important for me as I work remotely. The hotel I’m in now is same price but much worse. ”

“The property is well located within 400 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars & when you walk into the Holiday Inn, it is a relaxing garden oasis. The infinity pool is divine & the team members always have a smile on their faces. Had a minor scare when my wife thought she’d lost her gold earring. The reception team & engineering were quick to respond & the earring was retrieved. Thank you.”

“Ein sehr schönes Resort, welches fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Neu, modern, luxuriös mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Leider noch nicht ganz fertig! Das F&B Angebot muss noch deutlich besser werden. Mehr Gerichte mit lokalem Fisch, Gemüse etc. Die Weinkarte braucht dringend ein update. Ein wenig Arbeit an der internen Kommunikation wäre gut und sinnvoll. Ansonsten war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Resti und Nadi bekommen ein besonderes Lob für ihre tolle Dienstleistung.”

“Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach with famous beach clubs. Pool area is very pleasant, I didn’t try the spa though and the Yoga classes were not on unfortunately. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”
