“Nice staff clean 👌 ”

“First off we booked a room close to where daughter lived with the expectation she could come and hang out with us in the evening. When we checked in we were told she was only allowed to go to the bar. She couldn’t come to our room at all. This should have been listed in the write up of the room or at least posted in our confirmation. Second we booked the room with the tub and surrounding windows(we paid extra for that room). The tub did not ever have hot water. We mentioned to staff several……

“In general the property needs some care and attention. The pool was good, always clean, and serviced daily, however the surrounding terraces were a bit uneven and there were screwhwads protruding. The person in charge (owner?) was pleasant and reasonably helpful”

“Personnel accueillant et chambre spacieuse et propre mais manque un balcon, pas de vue sur la baie comme précisée sur le site, seul le resto situé sur le toit on peut voir la baie, l'hôtel est entouré de bâtiments dont l'extérieur ne sont pas finis, la piscine est bien mais ne donne pas envie de se baigner. le petit déjeuner est moyen, arrivé tôt sinon ne reste plus grand chose à manger. Hôtel de dépannage pour 1 ou 2 nuits mais pas de longue durée.Dommage pour ce prix.”

“Residences Alizees Spa is an apartment-hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the proprietor complained about not receiving payment from the owner of the apartment prior to our arrival. He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. The area surrounding the complex was not like the photos on the website advertising the property. It was in a poorly developed part of town with no infrastructure to accommodate hotel……
