In a building With Gallo-Roman staircase, pretty T2 with private staircase, sloping ceilings, very bright, fully equipped, equipped kitchen, bathroom with heated towel rail, TV, very quiet and yet in the city center of Périgueux: the market below of the building, mini-market, all shops. Close to the car parks, close to St front cathedral, cinema, vesunna. Ideal location to enjoy Mimos, festival of mime and felibriate. 10mn from the station, 10mn highway.
