"Agréable petite maison pour 1 semaine de vacances avec nos 2 ados. Le spa a été bien apprécié et la maison n'a pas trop pris la chaleur malgré la canicule. La terrasse est bien protégée du soleil, nous en avons bien profité. A 4, la maison serait probablement un peu petite sans cette terrasse.La maison est située a côté d'une belle voie verte en bord de l'Isle, 》tres bel environnement nature. le centre ville est accessible à pied en 25 minutes environ en marchant au bord de l'eau. City, Quiet location on semi private road on Green Way of Périgueux, Dordogne

"Malgré mes difficultés avec l’application Abritel, nous avons pu téléphoner à Christine et retrouver Nadia, qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement . Nos ados ont profité de la grande piscine quotidiennement. Nous avons tous apprécié les grands espaces dans la maison. La clim a éloigné les moustiques. Nous avons pu visiter le quartier médiéval et le quartier avec les vestiges gallo-romains (et le super musée) en partant à pied de la maison. Il y a aussi tant de choses à voir alentour (beaucoup de châteaux e de très beaux villages). Une très bonne adresse !"

"Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire, l'appartement est idéalement placé en centre ville, proche des commerces et des restaurants. De plus il y a un garage sécurisé et un ascenseur. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, à recommander sans hésiter"

"We recently stayed for 2 nights in this lovely apartment to see the Tour de France as it left Périgueux. Eric was fantastic, keeping in touch with us about the booking and providing info about where to see the Tour together with what else to do in Périgueux. His English is fantastic which was great as our French is not so good!Eric was waiting for us when we arrived and was extremely friendly. He gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and studio which was well equipped and perfectly located in the historic part of the city.Not only did the Tour pass within 30m of the apartment which was ideal for us, but it was so well positioned for bars, restaurants and shopping to. Absolutely perfect for our requirements!If we ever wish to stay in Périgueux again, this will definitely be where we'll come back to!Thanks Eric for making everything so easy for us!"
