"Comfortable location in the vicinity of tourist attractions, cozy homestay, owners were very polite and readily helpful, they always greeted with a polite face and very customer friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, not many amenities provided (low pricing so understood), WiFi was decent in the room we stayed. Overall felt at home."

Hotel set on top of mountain with great views, and facilities including lovely gardens and plants, an infinity pool and great restaurant with outstanding service. Paid a bit more for a larger room with a balcony. Excellent restaurant and menu with cookery and tea demonstrations. Delicious breakfasts and dinners supervised by chef Ram and attentive team of dedicated and helpful servers."

There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. "Nice hotel for overnight stop . Lovely to look off back balcony and see water buffalo,wild pigs , native mongoose and the Indian jungle. The location is good with a wine and beer restaurant next door and a number of local tourists shops along the street. It is also located very close to the bus departure for the boat jungle cruises. The only downside we had were the pilled sheets with lumpy little balls, no coffee or tea facility , no safe, no food at all. However we would recommend the hotel...

"A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. "

"We had a great time in Greenwoods resort. The facility was great and the staff very friendly. We would have liked the lunch and dinner to have the buffet. The rooms were good and despite being close to the main street, the hotel was surprisingly secluded."

Food is not luxury levels. Though simple, its healthy food.
They have a good clean swimming pool.

I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. "The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "
