“Stayed here before and came back for a short break. So a return speaks volumes. Food is always fine and plenty of choice Generally staff are all great and happy to help you. Some don’t greet you though but the manners of most the guests is my biggest issue. Ignorant guests with no manners at all. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you have to act respectfully!!!! The only things I’d change is to have a heated pool in October and one night the cleaners took my towels and left me without……

“Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been……

“There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. ”

“I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again.”

“Best located in Protaras - right above Fig Tree Bay (the most beautiful beach in Protaras). The hotel itself is a bit dated and the general feel is that of a 4 star hotel - it wouldn't hurt to freshen up the rooms and balconies a bit as well as the beds around the pools. The room cannot be darkened (the curtains are not blackout). The breakfast is good and the entire staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything. The hotel is excellent value for money.”

“Top Hotel in perfekter Lage am Nissi Beach. Für uns rundum ein Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Essen (HP gebucht) ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. “Nice hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with child-friendly activities, which made it a good choice for families. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members seemed a little off-hand, although one receptionist genuinely tried to be helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the airport transfer pricing. The hotel and Bolt quoted €55–65, but I found an airport shuttle service for €13 that dropped me very close to the hotel……
