「Clean and spacious room. Good AC, which was essential in this heat wave. Good location if you need to be close to the train and bus station. Generally quiet with only occasional noise from the street. Communication with staff was good, with only a few small glitches (e.g., we agreed to have room cleaning done on Sunday, but nobody showed up on Sun and it happened on Tue instead). The kitchenette was quite useful, but it could benefit from a couple of regular sized cups and glasses.」

「The good and the bad….Good: location and it was perfect! The actual apartment was spacious and as seen in photos, finally great communication with owner. Bad: no salt, no pepper, no oil and no extra toilet paper (we bought all 4 items). No shampoo or conditioner either. The pillows are very old and need replacing. Be prepared to take out your own garbage! Not sure why the cleaning fee is so high because we also found silverfish in the bathroom, so additional cleaning is required. 」
