Nice bolt hole 10 minutes from Central Perpignan

The property was well equipped inside and has lovely garden outside. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Close to main sites and centre. Bus stop short walk away and great Carrefour express near bus stop for all basic shopping needs.

La casa è composta da locali ampi, luminosi, dotata di un bel giardino che ovviamente in inverno non abbiamo utilizzato ma comunque bello anche solo da vedere. L' arredamento è molto gradevole, di ottimo gusto estetico e la dotazione di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici è più che completa. Insomma un punteggio altissimo! Bonjour Lors de notre arrivé sur les lieux nous étions perplexe ? Une fois la porte passée une très belle surprise nous attendait ..une courette +une grande terrasse en bois aménagée avec beaucoup de gout .. un jacuzzi ..Un hôte très discret et plein de petites attentions nous avons passé un agréable séjour et cerise sur le gâteau un endroit très calme et reposant parfait pour se relaxer l’appartement est conforme aux photos du cite de réservation .. Très jolie maison avec une décoration très soignée. 15 minutes du centre ville à pied : parfait 15 minutes en voiture de la plage. Jardin et terrasse impeccable jaccuzi très appréciable vu la chaleur En plus en cadeau présence très caline et gentille d'un petit chien adorable. Bref un séjour parfait. Excellent apartment. Good parking. Manuel was very pleasant. Good neighborhood except for dog poo . Hope he has fixed the toilet seat. Plan your length of stay better than us for Perpignan. We packed a lot of great excursions in but exhausted things to do and left 3 days early

Fabulous modern place

Manuel is an excellent host and maintains not only a wonderfully furnished and decorated home, but a lovely backyard. We immediately felt at home in this very restful location and enjoyed being greeted by his very calm jack russel terrier dog. I will not hesitate to return if I am back in Perpignan.
