“The people who run this place are the nicest. They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The laundry room is decent and it's cheaper than those at nearby extended stay hotels. Friendly evening security. Relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were barebones, but decent and clean. Again, the best aspect was the management. The people cared. That was the best!”

“We stay in vacation rentals every year. This home can be highly rated for cleanliness and location that is convenient to many south Florida attractions. There were plenty of towels and even a small cooler and beach towels. The kitchen is decently stocked, but there is no ice maker, just two ice trays…making it hard to make use of a cooler. The owner was responsive, but there seemed to be a language barrier. For example, the living room tv wouldn’t work. They advised us to choose a certain HDMI……

“Rooms were clean dishes were not. They left us with 0 cleaning supplies. No dish soap, no laundry detergent, no garbage bags, etc. There were little to no blankets we were essentially sleeping with a bed sheet. The worst part about it was the host practically lives in the garage under neath us which we were not told. If it wasn’t the host someone was in and out of the garage hanging out and at one point giving haircuts from the garage. ”

The hotel is in a great location. As expected from this hotel chain, the stay was consistently good and reliable, the breakfast was very nice, and the room rate offered good value for money. The only issue was that when I woke up early the next morning, I noticed some small red spots on my arm. I’m not sure whether they were caused by insect bites — perhaps not.
