「This is no 5 star hotel BUT it was clean and in a convenient location. The front desk lady Audrey was very pleasant to talk to in the morning. I wish I could remember the girl name, but she has lots of tattoos and cleans the rooms. She really took the time out to make sure I was in a room near my sister and that my room was clean and had fresh towels. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes and was done in 10 minutes! 「As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that...
