「Was unable to get confirmation or a check in code. Host was not available and never responded. We spent over 2 hours mid-travel, having a Hotel.com representative find an alternative. We were sent to a hotel where we had 3 separate rooms . We had made plans to stay in a house and had brought food to cook.
This altered all of our plans.
