"The property was overall in good condition but there some cracks/ discoloration of the ceiling and walks of the bathroom and around the shower. I did not take a picture and it was not terrible but just looked like it needed sone attention."

"This is the absolute best value for your money for an overnight stay in Perryton. It’s clean, quiet, big rooms, good breakfast, and very nice staff. AND cheaper than other hotels in the area. This will be the place I come in the future when working in this area."

Nice clean home
"The home was clean & very comfortable to stay in. It had what we needed. Tyler was very responsive. This was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in at Perryton. Beds were very comfortable too!"
