“Pros: Clear instructions for arrival and access. The place is very clean, well equipped, and the location is unbeatable. Cons: It is too small—once you pull the bed out of the sofa, there is no space left to walk. I’ve hit my head countless times; if you are claustrophobic, this is not the place for you. “When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“This property is beyond 5 star! Beautiful, comfortable, large, staff was amazing, and stay was perfect. Wish we could have spend more days at location but it was already booked. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed! ”

“Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay.”

“Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling.
