“From check in to check out we had a great stay - a comfortable and spotless king bed room with all amenities, and the hotel itself is impressive, with a great swimming pool . Plenty of space in the car park ( though note $30 cost for 24 hours) , an impressive breakfast buffet and friendly staff . The Residence at Langley Park also has an entrance to a newly developed mall with a good IGA and liquor store, as well as a Zambrero and a soon to open Crinitis Italian eatery . We hope to stay……

“位於市中心邊，如步行市中心需15分鐘，抑可乘免費red cat,或坐任何巴士去市中心，也是免費，只要上巴土時和司機講聲目的地便可。 房間光猛清潔，佈置簡單夠用，花灑水力充足，床鋪舒適。 唯獨預約有早餐的，但因餐廳裝修，未能使用，要到check in才通知，這點是美中不足。 但也因此，可以試試其他地方早餐，在酒店附近3-4分鐘步行路程 ”

“We stayed three nights and booked the rooms with a balcony overlooking the huge grass field to Swan River. The view was beautiful from morning to sundown. The service staff was friendly and helpful. There were good selections for the breakfast buffet. We had dinner one night at the Gusti restaurant in the hotel. The food was very fresh and tasty. The downtown shopping area is walkable. ”

“very good location whatever u choose to drive or walk. very easy to reach river side if u just need to walk couple minutes eastbound or southbound. the nearby community is also very good , silent & safe, just few steps to the beautiful Wellington square(park). ”

“This place was newly refurbished. It was clean and modern unlike some of the other hostels. Spacious room, not crammed. Other facilities was good. Yellow CAT and Red CAT buses (free shuttle buses every 8 mins and 4 mins) were only 3 mins walk away. Convenient to go into city. Supermarket only 3 mins by walk. ”

“Conveniently located. At the time of stay, it is free for everyone to take bus from the nearby bus stop to Perth CBD. Therefore, although the hotel is located in East Perth, one can still travel to Perth CBD freely with no cost. There are convenience store nearby.”

“屋內客廳廚房很大也清潔, 有一個大露台. 我們入住的是一 屋兩房, 兩間也是套房, 對於多人一起旅行, 等候洗手間浴室時間減少了, 這屋子十分適合.”

“Good services”

“Large apartment with all facilities we needed including washing and drying machine inside the apartment. Though a bit far by walking distance to the city centre, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby with reasonable price. The hotel have car park at 25AUD per night but it is easy to find a public car park space at the street which is free from 6pm to 8am. So actually you don't need to pay for car park if you just need parking at night or pay for 5 AUD per hour outside the free parking……
