Mandurah Estuary Breeze
This spacious single level home is the ultimate choice for your next Mandurah break, in the perfect location to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
This large family home has all your holiday needs covered. The large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area provides plenty of space for 2 families, and the Sony Playstation and DVD player will keep the kids entertained on those occasional rainy days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it suitable for longer stays, and has a dishwasher so you can spend less time on the dishes and more time catching your dinner!
There are 4 bedrooms, all with queen beds with linen and towels provided. There are 2 bathrooms, plus a separate laundry which has a washing machine and dryer. There is a big garden to keep the kids entertained when it’s not raining, and in the garage you’ll find extra fridges, drop nets and crab scoops you’re welcome to use. There’s also a lovely Weber Q to cook your Chilli Crab on. There’s plenty of parking and side access to park the boat and trailer securely.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
We are available to answer any questions via our Guest App or over the phone during your stay. If there is something that requires attention during your stay, we will be able to attend within approximately 30 minutes.
Mandurah is only a short drive from Perth and offers an abundance of entertainment for the whole family. The region is probably most famous for the seafood you can catch, including our famous crabs, as well as the sealife you don’t eat – our beautiful Mandurah dolphins. There are plenty of water sports on offer, as well as plenty of nightlife.
The house is located in Wannanup, in between the ocean and the lagoon. Whether it’s a day on the beautiful beach and a dip in the ocean, or a day on the boat in the lagoon waiting for the next catch, this location has you covered. The Miami Shopping Centre is just a short drive up the road for supermarkets, shops and cafes, plus the central Mandurah Marina is only a 15 minute drive away. If you’re after the best holiday on earth – you’ve found it!
This property is just over an hour's drive from Perth.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
