Designed for discerning travelers, the property is just moments from Stirling`s central amenities, leafy parks, and excellent transport links.

The durable hybrid flooring and crisp white palette maximize the feeling of space and light, creating an inviting space for your family to relax.

🏡 Inside the Property

Bedrooms (4): Comfortable and spacious rooms designed for rest and work:
👑 Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a luxurious King bed, a unique skylight, bi-fold stacking doors, and convenient remote-controlled inbuilt blinds 🛌. Note: Remote is beside the bed.
👑 Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable King bed, beautiful views over the park, and a functional work desk/office space 🖥️.
🛏️ Bedroom 3: Features a comfortable Queen bed and a functional work desk/office space.
Bedroom 4: Equipped with a King Single bed and a handy Single bed trundle (2 beds total), offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bathroom (2): Modern, clean bathrooms featuring rain shower heads. The main bathroom has a luxurious bathtub.

The laundry room contains a washer and a dryer. Note: The laundry light switch controls the side lights outside near the clothesline.
Kitchen: A large, bright fully-equipped kitchen. Features ample counter space, modern appliances, and a stylish, porcelain backsplash. Note: The switch for the stove is on the wall to the right, labeled “cooker.”
Living/Dining Area: A spacious, comfortable area that connects to the alfresco. This area features a cozy gas fireplace 🔥 for cooler evenings, comfortable seating, and a dining setting including a highchair. There are plenty of toys and books in the drawers under the TV for the children to enjoy. 📚🦁
Climate Control: The main living/dining/kitchen area has a Split System air conditioner. The rest of the house uses ducted evaporative air conditioning 🌬️.

🌳 Outside the Property

Alfresco/Garden:
A stunning, fully covered alfresco deck that serves as a luxurious outdoor living and dining area. It features comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a built-in BBQ grill 🥩.
The backyard includes a mature mango tree 🥭 and a large chalkboard for children`s entertainment.
The front yard is fully enclosed and overlooks a park, evening sunsets and offers guests a unique connection to the community and nature.
Parking: Generous parking space available: 2 undercover bays in the carport and 2 spaces in the driveway (4 cars total) 🅿️. Please note the garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Climate Control Notes: The main living area has Split System AC. For the ducted evaporative AC (used in other rooms) to work properly and prevent noise, all windows in the house must be opened slightly when the system is in use (to allow airflow).
BBQ Use: To maintain safety, please only use a maximum of 2 burners on the BBQ grill at any one time when the hood is down.
Kitchen Note: The switch for the stove is on the wall to the right, labeled `cooker.`
Parking: Generous parking is available for 4 cars; the garage is locked and unavailable.
• AIR CONDITIONING USAGE: To ensure optimal performance of the air conditioning system, we recommend setting the temperature to 23°C on hot days. Lowering it to 18°C or below may cause the unit to overwork, making it less effective in cooling the space. If you experience any issues with the temperature, please allow some time for the system to adjust. Should you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

• BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

• CANDLES/INCENSE: Please do not light candles or incense inside – it is a fire hazard.

• COMMUNAL RUBBISH DISPOSAL: Please place all rubbish in communal complex bins. Instructions in bin section in the guest handbook. Do not leave rubbish in open areas. If there is overflow of rubbish at your check-out, you will be charged a $100 disposal fee - please place all rubbish in bins.

• COMMUNITY: You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation.

• CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: For verification purposes, you and any approved guests or visitors may be required to provide us with a current form of government-issued ID prior to confirming your booking or during your stay.

• CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is available as per your reservation details. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay.

• CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees.

• CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property.

• DAMAGES: If you break or damage something during your stay, please advise us as soon as practically possible so we can arrange for its replacement or repair promptly.

• DRINKS & FOOD: Drinks or food must not be consumed in the bedrooms.Depending on severity and cost, we reserve the right to charge you an applicable fee for reimbursement and/or compensation.

• EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details.
