Onsite parking is provided in a secure garage, dimensions 5.1m wide by 4.8m long. The garage can accommodate most average size vehicles. Paid parking options are available within 100m of the house for larger vehicles.



Airconditioning is provided to the upper level of the house only. The lower floor sits below ground level, and therefore stays comfortable year round. Fans and heaters are provided if required.
