Although the property was great. It was advertised as safe enter through the garage and get in lift to be left in your property. Lift had not being working for some time no warning was given. the second entry point up the stairs through the back were no lights in the back courtyard. had to go to a hotel for the night and yes eventually was refunded my stay for one night, though I had to chase from my end several times as they would not respond to my emails or phone calls.Had said would send a bottle of wine that never arrived. lots of construction work on the street at the moment and very noisy neighbours upstairs. they should urgently fix those things on the property or change advertising. It is a beautiful unit and location.
