Excellent location 100m from Kings Park and easy access to the city centre. Rooms reasonably well equipped but a little dated / tired. Nice restaurant / cafe bar as part of establishment. Area very quiet; noise from room above (kids we think) but we don’t blame the hotel for that. Settled down as evenings progressed.

Room as clean and spacious, with comfy bed. All amenities worked and air conditioning was effective even when outdoor temperatures neared 40°C. Staff were friendly, and communication was good, they managed my expectations well and gave instructions in the event of a late check-in. Hotel's location means short walks for buses, but a 10-15min walk to the nearest supermarket, though there are a few convenience stores

The kitchen was fully equipped, I cooked my meals. There's a self-service laundry which I love the most. Peaceful night, I can sleep tight. Free parking is a plus factor. Friendly and helpful staffs, grateful to all of you.

Excellent location for city access. Quiet, clean and comfy beds. Didn’t eat at restaurant but very busy for breakfast and lunch so it must be good. So close to the beautiful Kings Park and city. Perfect location. Good room. Room A little small for two people for a long period but for couple of nights it was perfect.

We had a great and comfortable time there. The room and the kitchen were clean. The staff was very helpful. Since we were arriving at Perh at 8 pm, I was a little worried about getting a room key in a box using a PIN number. But everything went smoothly. The location was also great since it was only 20 mins walk to Perth station and there was a pickup place (24 Mount street) for two of our sightseeing tours in a few minute walk. I highly recommend this place!

Tidy, quiet hotel within easy walking distance to the city, including RAC arena. We stayed there for a week and only had our sheets changed once - after the second night, which we also thought was strange timing. Our room was missing a bit of what I'd class as standard items, including a hand towel for the bathroom, and tissues, but overall we got what we paid for.
