Swan Valley Heights Merino Manor
- Swan Valley Heights sits up on the Scarp with unlimited views over the entire city of Perth. There are plenty of kangaroos to watch all day long as well as sheep grazing the property. Watch magnificent sunsets or observe storms as they slowly make their way across the beautiful city of Perth or just sit on the front verandah and watch the planes as they come and go in the distance. We are situated on ten peaceful acres with a winter creek running through the block, walkways run from here up through the bush land with wildflowers abundant in season. The owner, under the direction of George Lulfitz, West Australian Guru of native plants, is developing the extensive garden surrounding the accommodation making use of our beautiful West Australian native plants. The home is furnished with pictures and other items that clearly reflect the owners New Zealand and Australian heritage and his love of this great country especially all things of nature and the outback.
You’re welcome to have daytime guests while you stay with us. We allow up to half the number of people on your booking to visit during the day (for example, if you’ve booked for 8 guests, you may have up to 4 visitors). All visitors must leave by 10pm and overnight stays are only for registered guests.

The first bedroom room opposite the laundry area - The sliding glass door panel was not cleaned so the beautiful views of the land could not be appreciated fully. Otherwise, the property is a very lovely place. The host has even provided us with the fresh eggs for our breakfast.The location is very close to Bell's Rapids which our group visited.

Girls weekend
Lovely location, quiet, spacious, fantastic views of the city and Baskerville area. Close to wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect stay
Perfect spot for two families with young toddlers. The house and property felt safe and secure. Gorgeous views over the valley, and some great family-friendly breweries / wineries near by. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

This was our second time at the property. It's such a great spot to completely relax. Close to things to see and do in the Swan Valley, but far enough away to feel like you're "away from it all".

Lovely & relaxing
The space is lovely, quiet & relaxing.
Room for all the grandkids to visit while we were staying in Perth, and the pool was a welcome.
A few more utensils in the kitchen would be nice; bowls & bits.
We will stay again for sure.

Two families holidayed together. Plenty of room for all.
Spacious rooms and fully functional kitchen with quality appliances.

Fantastic, relaxing and earthy
Had a wonderful time at the property. From the moment we drove up the driveway and admired the beautiful view and tranquility. Thé property had a huge verandah with a fabulous view and felt very relaxing! We were greeted by the very friendly chickens also! The host was very personable and his staff also. Definitely recommend a getaway there. With a group or just a few… it was fabulous.
