A short 2minute walk to the beautiful calm waters of Rockingham beach, there is short walk to access all of Rockingham's beachside cafes, award winning restaurants & bars. Public Transport access is nearby with short 1 minute walk.

Brand new home, with generous open plan living suitable for families, couples or single or if you're here on business Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite.
