Located in Preston Beach in the Western Australia region and Preston Beach reachable within 300 metres, API Preston Beach Front Apartments provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking.

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a seating area, a flat-screen TV & DVD, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A fridge, an oven and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle.

Please make sure you book for the correct number of guests both Adults and Children
If we need to send out the caretaker to provide extra linen, charges may apply.

We allocate one car bay per unit.

Fishing is possible within the area and the holiday home offers a private beach area.
