Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge in tranquility at our serene townhouse. Perfectly situated for executives, small families, or couples seeking a peaceful retreat. Our cosey abode promises a rejuvenating stay. Location is perfect. Our townhouse is right across from the East Perth Train Station. Also "Free" transport around the Perth Centre a few minute walk away see the map in our pictures. Take a peaceful stroll along the Swan River only 2 minutes away. Stay here and relax.

Great place to stay when visiting Perth to connect with family, on business or you excel in a private quiet area away from the crowds and noise (which you can get to easily via transit) Yes only minutes to the East Perth train station to get you all around Perth and beyond. Need a water scene? Got that covered with only a 2 minute walk to the Swan River with wonderful biking or walking paths to enjoy the views and nature. A quiet private town house in a lovely neighbourhood with the excellent Banks Reserve park also only a 2 minute walk away. Lots there for every age.

You will have the entire place to yourselves. The townhouse has a coded door lock so you can easily collect the keys at the front door. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. You will have your own parking marked spot for your vehicle.

5. This is a lovely stand alone townhouse unit with NO common walls with any other property. Quiet, private and peaceful as a result. A two story unit with only 16 stairs to the upper floor which has two bedrooms (master bedroom with a queen bed and wardrobe closet) and second bedroom that doubles as a study if the bed(s) are not needed (bedding opens up to two king singles). There is an accordion wall to provide privacy to the second bedroom/study. Desk and chair are here to make it a perfect quite study during your stay and a 2nd bathroom with a deep Bathtub.

6. Main ground floor features a full bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, living room area and kitchen plus dining area.

7. Your own private backyard area walled in to allow you space to enjoy the outdoors for sitting, eating a meal or take out your laptop.

Parking is simple a small lane off a quiet street to your own marked spot. East Perth train station across the street, FREE CAT (Central Area Transit) buses to hop on hop off and see the city of Perth downtown area only 8 mins walk to a bus stop, 2 minutes walk to the Swan river for a quiet stroll. Car or no car this is a great place to be.

GUESTS: This townhouse is most suitable for a business travelers, family of 4 or 2 couples. It can sleep up to 4 guests if you are making use of the two singles found in the 2nd bedroom. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, has an accordion wall partition to the hallway, the second bathroom upstairs features a bath tube to enjoy and a toilet plus vanity.

PARKING: Important to note getting to the parking is very convenient set you navigation to the intersection of Westralia St & Joel Tce and a small back quiet laneway off Westralia St will get you to your parking, so no worries of a busy street traffic.
In addition to the one allocated carpark, 2nd car park can be usually arranged.
